The hotel is absolutely fantastic with spacious rooms and professional, kind staff. However, there was a delay in room readiness during check-in, requiring a wait of over 30 minutes, and rooms were only available on Fridays. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of delicious food served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with super friendly staff like Enara and Mohammed Kamal. Although the room wasn't ready at check-in, the accommodations were quite spacious and clean. The service was top-notch, with professional and polite staff catering to all needs. The location, away from the city but comfortable for families, provides a serene and enjoyable stay. However, the dining experience lacked the touch of a five-star hotel. Overall, a great place with some room for improvement in dining.
The rooms are spacious, and the staff, especially Enara and Mohammed Kamal, were incredibly accommodating during our stay. The hotel offers a variety of high-tech recreational facilities, such as badminton, pool, table tennis, squash, mini golf, and a tennis court, making the experience excellent overall. However, the location is a bit far from Dubai, though it offers a resort feel with access to golf, Marina, beach, sea, pools, horses, shooting club, and 10 restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but there was a slight delay in getting my room during check-in. The service was exceptional, with the staff always being kind and open to assisting me. The location felt like being in a different world, with a variety of facilities and activities available on-site. The dining experience was fabulous, especially with the addition of delicious Indian delicacies.
