The hotel is absolutely fantastic with spacious rooms and professional, kind staff. However, there was a delay in room readiness during check-in, requiring a wait of over 30 minutes, and rooms were only available on Fridays. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of delicious food served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The hotel offers a variety of high-tech recreational facilities, such as badminton, pool, table tennis, squash, mini golf, and a tennis court, making the experience excellent overall. However, the location is a bit far from Dubai, though it offers a resort feel with access to golf, Marina, beach, sea, pools, horses, shooting club, and 10 restaurants.
